Prawns are very nutritional and rich in Vitamins and Omega 6 and 12 fatty acids. They also contain proteins that are very beneficial for your muscles and act as an energy source.
120 grams Fresh prawns with tail
25 grams Bread crumbs
10 grams Plain flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Touch of sesame oil
Skin the prawn with the tail left on. The tail must be cut from the back so that it's short and flat. Sprinkle it with salt, sesame oil and a dash of pepper as required to taste. Now, make a small preparation of crumbs, flour and the beat the egg in a separate container. Now, roll the prawns in the crumbs and dip it in the beaten egg and repeat with the crumbs. Once all prawns are coated with the crumbs, deep fry them till they are golden brown.
