Ingredients:
For chicken:
200 grams Chicken boneless
1 tbsp Bar-B-Q sauce
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Red chilli powder
2 to 3 tbsp Oil
Salt as required
For pizza dough:
½ kg White flour
1 sachet Yeast
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Baking powder
For topping:
1 Capsicum sliced
1 Tomato sliced
½ cup Mushrooms
½ cup Black olives
1 cup Pizza sauce
400 grams Mozzarella cheese
Directions:
In a bowl add of barbq sauce, lemon juice, garlic paste, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well, add the chicken pieces.
Heat oil in pan and fry the chicken pieces till it turns golden brown. Turn the flame off.
Add 1 sachet of yeast in lukewarm water along with 1 tbsp of sugar.
Leave a side for 15 minutes till it rises. Now add flour and baking powder.
Knead until smooth dough is formed. Cover with a plastic sheet and leave a side in a warm place for 3-4 hours until the dough rises.
Knead the dough again until a uniform consistency is reached.
Preheat oven at 200 C. Make small round balls with the dough and roll them with a rolling pin.
Spread the sauce onto the base of each flattened dough. Add sliced capsicum, tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and chicken pieces. Top with mozzarella cheese.
Roll each dough and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
